We're looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, to support them for at least 12 months.
You'll be focusing on the businesses UK and US entities and will need solid company secretary experience to handle a variety of tasks. The role will involve:
- managing and maintaining legal statutory registers for the UK Group and non-UK entities
- producing reports and data for corporate functions including, Finance, Tax, and Treasury
- support prep and filings of Confirmation Statements and other Companies House filings
- Acting as a point of contact within the team for UK statutory accounts to coordinate UK annual reports and accounts
- Lead key internal and external relationships
- Main point of contact within the team for the Environment, Health & Safety division, attending meetings when needed
- Monitoring, supporting, and managing any changes to Corporate Directorships legislation in the UK
You will be an experienced Company Secretary, with solid company secretary experienced ideally from a similar environment.
This assignment is due to start in November and is expected to run for at least 12 months. You can work remotely, however some office time (Central London) now and then would be great. We'll consider someone who wants to work 4 or 5 days per week.
