We're looking for a mid to senior Construction lawyer to support a client of ours.
You will be joining a market-leading commercial non-contentious construction team, providing clients with specialist, tailored advice on a wide range of projects and transactions.
Ideally you'll be a mid to senior Construction lawyer with previous experience drafting and negotiating contracts, also have a good working knowledge of the provisions of construction and engineering documents and broader real estate transaction documents such as agreements for lease development agreements, facility agreements. This role will be full time and is expected to run for 6 months.
