We're looking for enthusiastic paralegals to join us to work on an ongoing, long-term project facilitating the fluid and timely acquisition of legal permission enabling the installation and maintenance of telecommunications apparatus on private land.
You be working within a fantastic team and the role predominantly involves handing a caseload, drafting and populating templates in accordance with a playbook, negotiating with third parties in relation to template changes and progressing each case through to completion and signature in a timely manner. You'll be working closely with our end client in the UK, a major telecommunications provider, as well as with third parties including landlords, tenants, managing agents, and law firms.
This is an exciting time to join the busy team, gaining exposure to complex case handling work. The role offers great opportunity for future development.
Skills and experience required:
- Law degree
- Pervious paralegal experience
- Case handling experience/ experience working with playbooks would be extremely beneficial
- The ability to work within a team but to also have your own responsibilities and be able to work on your own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and motivation
- A highly flexible approach and the capability to work well within a team environment
